Welcome to the Targeted Anti-Cancer Therapies (TACT) Research Project website

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under the Marie Skłodowska Curie Action Grant Agreement No 859458

TACT is a four-year project which aims at developing next treatments against cancer.
We aim to bring together academic and industrial institutions with diverse disciplinary backgrounds to work on training the next generation of scientists and equip them with transferable, future career-enhancing skills in order to create new European experts in the fight against cancer.
TACT will recruit and train early-stage PhD students in the development of state-of-the-art targeted anti-cancer therapeutics via carefully designed research projects and participation to several network-wide meetings, offering a comprehensive training in various scientific and non-scientific areas.

We are now recruiting 11 PhD students – check our research projects to find out more!

The TACT project results from the collaboration between six universities and three companies located in five different European countries – see below and here.
